At Virtual Care and Companionship we want to help people maintain their quality of life in between care and social calls whilst supporting them to navigate services over the phone and online. More and more services are moving either online or onto digital platforms leaving many people, particularly those who are elderly or vulnerable finding it hard to use or access services, especially when it comes to making benefit applications, trying to manage electricity and gas accounts or simply keeping in contact with friends and family who may not live locally to them.

We're here to help. We offer over the phone friendship and support as part of a virtual assistance service to help people maintain their independence for as long as possible.

Would you like long distance support?

No matter where you are, we're here to help. Whether it's a friendly voice to chat to, a little support so you can gain more confidence in the skills you need to stay in touch with those who live far away, or help with completing online forms. We can help.
